I see they've replaced common sense in Germany aswell !!!

If the system worked as the reporter had described, then the motor bike rider would have known that something was going to hit him hard up the a*se just a split second before it did.

The downside of the experiment is that at best the inventors would have had to wait until the motor bike rider had regained consciousness to interview him and ask whether the system had worked and warned him, albeit a little late, and at worst they would never have been able to find out!!
