I earned less than half that and will probably decline further as the level of discounting goes up and up due to the overcapacity people are now starting to peice jobs at prices from 15 years ago ! I noticed yet another new driver in town today

I'll rent you my garage for £300 per calander month. I even have a C90 I can lend you.

That's one reporter that hasn't a clue!!! I would guess the figure is more like double that for the average London cabbie, even in these hard times and almost treble that for a real grafter!! It's a different world in the 'smoke'. |
