Howdy. Just found this lovely place! Brand new freshmeat driver. Just got my first HC badge for Wyre Borough (near Blackpool) and am out tomorrow night (fingers crossed) with a drive in a 52 plate tx2 n Is a 50/50 split the norm for drivers? Seems fair to me! What else do I need to know? What should I not leave home without? What sort of cash/change do I need to take out) Thanks for any advice! Andy~kaillum |

Do a full vehicle check before you start, lights, tyres, oil, and water. And get them to show you how the meter works and how to get the total and clear it at the end of a shift Andy~kaillum |

See what the others are paying and if need be change motors. kaillum wrote: What else do I need to know? Look after your punters and most of them will look after you. kaillum wrote: What should I not leave home without? A lot of sleep kaillum wrote: What sort of cash/change do I need to take out)
Take £30/40. Made out of a few fivers and loads of pound coins and silver. |
