At their meeting in May the Licensing Committee agreed to publicise cases taken by Birmingham City Council in sof ar as these relate to offences committed in respect of the Licensing Service. The list below identifies cases taken between November 2010 - May 2011 and this will be updated on a monthly basis following consideration of the report on this matter by the Licensing Committee each month. Only cases taken over a six month period will remain on this web page. The page will be reviewed regularly with older cases being deleted on this basis.
