Dunno If I fancy being a Rickshaw Jockey, all the Stresses and Strains on that Chain might just cause it to snap and you could end up sending your kernackers half way up your back as they wallop the crossbar... :cry:

Why haven't the scrap dealers nabbed them ? round here if a plumber or electrician leaves anything near his van its gone in seconds kids bikes scooters if a kid puts them down they're gone they hunt like a pack of ravenous wolves checking every skip once an hour etc. so to see a pile of them lying around like that surprises me especially in a country like that where there are loads of poor people who could break them up and sell them for scrap
