I'll start by saying I don't like what he was or appeared to be anyway, nobody who abuses children should ever have their name mentioned again imo.

BUT!

Look deeper, you have a happy go lucky kid who has a talent, somewhere along the line he does a race change and ends up getting burned in the making of a commercial.

This could mean he then fell prey to the substance administrators who basically would've kept him under control in the name of pain relief so he could be milked easily.

None of this is fact btw, it's just my observations and options.

Move it on and he's skint and does a tour, a sell out tour, but before he can do it he has a heart attack and dies allegedly, this then rids the debt by cd sales almost overnight like a classic painters pictures do when they become available.

Now the world is crying and it wants blood, Michael is no longer a kiddy fiddler but a victim in his own right, so what do they do, get the large finger out and point it at a doctor.

So we now have a doctor who supposedly killed his own cash cow?

Anyone else find the whole thing smelly, Hitler was suffering from early Parkinson's Disease and look what happened then, at what point did he lose his mind? was it before the war started and unnoticed, could it be he really wanted Germany to just be great again and illness sent his mind in to kill mode, we'll never know as all the evidence is long gone, but substance possibly has a lot to answer for and it's easy for a manipulator to appear to be the best friend while he's plotting your downfall.

Opinions?

Anyway, back to the thread.

Cracking guitar solo by Eddie Van Halen on 'Beat It'.

But I suppose 'Billie Jean' was probably Jacko's best number :D

A couple of years before he died, he stayed at a hotel near us, Stapelford Park. Whilst there he asked for fish and chips and one of the local taxi firms did the delivery. Other than that He made some good songs and some bad ones.

His best Album was the Wall.

'Off The Wall', innit?

'The Wall' was Pink Floyd.

Mind you, there are plenty of song titles on The Wall appropriate to Michael Jackson, such as 'Comfortably Numb', 'Is There Anybody Out There' and 'Goodbye Cruel World'
