This is all thats left of his 09 plate cr@p American Chrysler Sebring, after running into the back of a BMW, that was turning left at a junction

The car can't be that crap Skippy. All that damage and the chap is still walking.
What is all the stuff on the floor? It looks like a couple of empty drinks bottles, a black pudding (or turd) and a bag of cement.

He just had his alloy wheels changed for the third time under warranty, because they had a few rust marks on them at 59,000 just before Christmas, the garage will get piece for a while now

That doesn't explain the drink bottle on the road there though does it were the drivers breathalysed ? and is he possibly facing a prosecution for driving without due care ? If so that might add a couple of grand to his premium

that apart it looks like the car did it's job in protecting the occupants from serious injury not sure a skoda would have stood up to it as well :doubt:

Yes he was breathalysed and charged with driving without due care and attention so could get between 3 and 9 points that must stay on his licence for 4 years from the date of offence
