When a stranger is relied upon whiplash injury may occur

Friends, family and carers are not always around to help in some situations, and disabled wheelchair users who have good mobility and independence may choose to go somewhere by taxi.

There are many taxis adapted for wheelchair use, but the taxi driver often has not been trained to deal with a disabled passenger's requirements and may not know how to help the wheelchair user remain safe during the journey.

They are very likely not to have any malicious intent, but unfortunately, negligence of this sort from a taxi driver can lead to injury of the wheelchair user if the taxi swerves round a corner, breaks sharply or is involved in a car accident.

I so hate low life Ambulance chasers full stop, their practice of luring customers with a promise of unimaginable wealth for the most trivial of injury should be outlawed...I thought the Tories were going to stop this kind of enticement through misfortune. Its one thing Claiming legitimately after Injury, but to bombard the fit and able to make claims for money for what often is a Minor or fictitious injury is quite another.

Your average tawdry claims chaser should be strung up by their Bits that dangle between their arse and their Pubic hair

I had a text yesterday telling me that my claim had been finalised and all I had to do was to ring and they would sort out the payment. Firstly I haven't had an accident for years now. Secondly, could this be the latest scam to get your bank details? or could this also be one of them " you just need to pay us the administarton fee of £??? so that the payment can be issued?

the "accident management" vultures have cost me upwards of £2000 by being there to put forward a claim from the truck that hit ME (by crossing white lines/no signals/rear NS quarter damage) when its hard to see how a 17tonne tipper could recieve £1400 worth of damage from my rear wheel arch

the 3rd party didnt put any claim in to his insurers, its a purely speculative claim as no blame was admitted either way and there was no independent witnesses

from what i can see the only ones to benefit are my insurers (ill pay £2500 over 3 years extra in premiums when they wont pay £1500 out) and the crook who is claiming £1400 for nothing

i wish id changed insurers now, at least LV wouldnt be getting the easy money off me

If we didn't have such a Lazy bunch of politicians then they might get off their overpaid fat Arses and curtail the activities of these Accident solicitors, It wont cure all of Britain's ails but it will more than likely save a few £billion of our hard earned readies..
