Now how many of us can say that with 3 or 4 drunk passengers in the car the air stinks of the stuff could you imagine something like this immobilising the car or even the passengers for a joke breathing into it BAD IDEA !!!

How do you know the person blowing into the device is the same one driving?

I have a better idea.
Mandatory 10 year ban for a drink driving offence.
Lifetime ban and a prison sentence for a second offence.
NO EXCEPTIONS
