They'll never allow them on our roads in a million years. ROSPA will be all over them like a rash.

A Haulage company in Nottingham wanted to run a bigger lorry last year but got turned down because it was to long for the roads.

This crap will last about as long as the first accident. Then the lawyers will have a field day.

If your putting your life in the Hands Of Computer Technology and modern Vehicle Electrics then your in a very dangerous place indeed...Every Modern car I've had has suffered from various niggling onboard electrical faults.

Imagine how dangerous that could be if your the Filling in a Lorry-Car-Lorry sandwich that goes belly up at 60MPH... :?

Theres no legal length limit for HGV's, the current "semi" (articulated) trailer is standardised at 44ft (it used to be 38ft till about 20 years ago) but drawbar units can have 60ft total internal length, "CAT" heavy haulage has no limits, as they have to carry whatever the load is
