Did anyone actually see the culprit damage the car?
Has anyone made a statement that they saw the culprit damage the car?
Has the culprit made a written, signed statement saying he damaged the car?
Because from what I'm hearing on this thread it's another 'string-it-out and do nowt' by the rozzers!
The lad lives with his sister and parks on big car park, he parked up, as he got out the halfwit ambled over, mumbled/chatted (slurred) and our lad acknowledged him, locked his car up and went in home, whilst in home he rang his sister and whilst on the phone said he was popping over the shops, sister said to check his car, he went out and sure enough, both rear quarterpanels and both doors had been kicked in, he went back in home and a knock at the door came and this bloke said "sorry mate but ive just booted your car in", the cops then turned up as a witness had called them already. The halfwit said "it dont matter cos its a government car" - he was sure our lad was a copper!
at the police station he blew UNDER the drink drive limit
the halfwit has a record of these acts when he feels like but is (quote) in work/well paid
so the lad went to the cop shop and made a statement, the halfwit was bang to rights, and IT SEEMS has been given the opportunity to pay up for repairs or get nicked (seems strange)
the pub landlord also came over and was apologetic, but thats probably because his licence (drinks) is hanging by a thread already..... i think a few complaints are due to the licensing magistrates
passenger door....bit much for a dent away (note shoe print)
