Grow up will you. The police haven't been called that since the 1970s.

If I might make an observation, he looks like he's hanging about in the beginning (13 seconds) and possibly just to bug the police,

Whether he hits his head on the way to the floor I can't really tell for sure but I suspect he might have although the slap of the hands is heard as he meets the floor suggesting he managed to get his hands out first (27 seconds)

Now lets judge from all angles, the police will by now have had enough of the demonstrators anyway and tempers will be very short at this time, the film also doesn't show enough to show if the incident started there or he'd been asked to move on several times before the camera caught him,

Where you need to be on this is imagine it's you, time and again you ask people to move and they don't, and added to that you are now getting insults and general attitude launched at you, how long are you remaining the calm Mr Nice Guy?

It's tragic Ian has lost his life in this, but it highlights just how easy it is for things to go pear shaped at the click of a finger, so, if you want to blame, blame everyone there who was acting in a improper manner, they all played their part, and as far as I can see there was no use of the baton simply a shove that was enough to knock him over, the police use this sort of shove a lot and in normal circumstances it would simply move someone a few feet along and normally it diffuses things and the person moves along,

Is it police brutality, or simply a series of unfortunate event's?

I think the jury got it right myself, had it been a baton to the head my opinion would be different, I would however say the officer deffo has a temper and is probably not ideal for this sort of duty, it's worrying that his previous includes alterations to statements and possible violent conduct towards people he's not entitled to use, but you'd need the full circumstances to judge on that one, the road rage arrest is worrying though because it makes the officer look like one of those that must win at all costs.

I think you have summed it up about right.

It took me a while and a few replays to get to that tbh, I wanted to show all sides, because that is something that is lacking in our society,

And he clearly wasn't on his way home as the video shows @ 13 seconds, he's stood about.
