Taxi Driver Online

Some Councils (ours included) are getting a payment from the Government for issuing badges to Asian and migrant workers, this payment amounts to £5,000 per year for 3 years. If this is the case it puts everything into perspective with whats been going off in our manor with the Council refusing to drag them in when they've done something wrong like making sexual remarks to lone travelling females, overcharging, reckless driving, accruing the 12 point limit on a driving licence but not being dragged in before the licensing committee, easy passes through the knowledge tests when they can't speak, write or understand English but, when a English driver goes through the test he's failed on the spot if he queries a question.

I've also heard from a very very very good source that some Taxi Companies are also getting a payment for employing them, same as above for 3 years.

Now don't shoot the messenger but it's all falling into place with what's been happening with the Council refusing to enforce the law on them siting the race card but, in essence it's the money they are worried about losing if they strip them of their Hack Licence.

If that's true then its outright Racial Discrimination against British workers and would also breach equality legislation because it encourages the employing of one Minority ethnic group over another majority ethnic group..

I'm sure the Nations press would be interested if there were some substance to the story....If it's true It sucks, but then some of us are white, who cares about what we think!!.

When I started I never got a penny from anybody or any government funded Enterprise group...Can't see why some Job stealing pipsqueak should be able to come across here and get such a perk at my and your expense.........I've just about had enough of helping every foreign Johnny that seems to think they've a right to come here and get everything I've sponsored through 35 years of personal taxation for nowt.

I wouldn't get all bent out of shape over this one. Probably just the usual rank rumours.

The truth will more than likely involve cash, brown envelopes and council officials.

Yeah, lets establish if it's rumour or fact first, I think it's rumour myself but look into it anyway Nidge, what I do think has happened myself is the gov has told the council's not to fail or refuse migrants, it solves two problems for the state, 1 is the fact a migrant has to find a S/E job and 2 it gets them off benefits to a degree, from the gov angle they would do this regardless of who it fecks up in the process.

I'd rather use a third option...Keep them out.

That option is not available to EU citizens.

Not yet...but its gonna happen at some point.

I spoke to a local car dealer who had been a main dealer and who told me that some migrants had been given £3K to get a car and a mobile phone, they really only wanted a fake invoice to satisfy whichever dept was paying, thats apart from the fact HMG hands over millions of pounds to EU migrants in child benefit with little proof they have kids back in Bulgaria or Poland....
