In Bala, saw a LWB Sprinter minibus, "TAXI" rooflight, no plate and 16 seats in the back.....

hes got an ops licence (VOSA)

its the rooflight that baffled me

Yep! exactly the same down here..............well not exactly, so to speak, it states -
"No Sheeping", I suppose it must vary from area to area :roll:

Could this be a 'taxi-bus' which I understand ply in some rural areas?

I'm not sure of, and haven't checked, the legislation on this form of transport, so I copuld be barking up the wrong tree!

I thought dogging needed certain items, ended up with a border collie, then i told SWMBO i fancied a quick doggy and she got me a bloody whippet.....
