In Bala, saw a LWB Sprinter minibus, "TAXI" rooflight, no plate and 16 seats in the back..... hes got an ops licence (VOSA) its the rooflight that baffled me |

Could this be a 'taxi-bus' which I understand ply in some rural areas? I'm not sure of, and haven't checked, the legislation on this form of transport, so I copuld be barking up the wrong tree! |
