hi yes its in our name the hackney plate it is available as a full set up also on a car ready to go or the plate alone offers invited x

I'd look at the print in the letters from you're local Council which will state, "this plate is the property of Sefton Council". How can you sell something you don't own?

I wouldn't know how you can sell something you don't own but perhaps if the chap speaks to those that have already managed to make money from their plates they'll pass on the wording. Could start with Sussex and if he doesn't want to help pop over the border there are a couple there that may help :wink:
