So 6 weeks ago my brokers got confirmation i was due a £700 refund "it takes 6 to 8 weeks" yesterday i rang the brokers only to be told "it needs our directors signature and they arent in every day, you will have a cheque within 2 weeks" after i thought "if the BROKERS directors have to sign it, it must be in the BROKERS bank".... had again..... ![]() funny how a refund takes 8 weeks, when a premium has to be paid there and then |

The Financial Services Authority have a rule on "Treating Customers Fairly". That ain't, you have grounds for an "official" complaint. Complete bo !! 0 x. |

They could be keeping it towards next years premiums, if they are look on the bright side you will have less to pay when its due |

Send them an invoice for lost interest at the bank's usual rate and pursue it through small claims. set the bailiffs on them if they don't pay...

£1/day upto £2K at Halifax, £2/day over £2K and £5/day if unauthorised overdraft |
