Post subject:  change of name
I am thinking of starting a campagne to change the name of our town. We have had so many murders and suicides in the last couple of years, we should change the name to Midsommer. last night a woman killed her partner after an argument in the pub.

what were you thinking Grandad Melton Midsommer or Midsommer Mowbray or you could even rename it Midsommer stilton


PS I hope they aren't doing to you what they do to us and rehouse the problem families in the hope that improved surroundings will stop them drug dealing thieving etc. The last thing you want is half of Beaumont lees being relocated to Melton

That was part of the joke i.e. a deliberate misspelling keep up TT I know you are old and senile but that is very slow on the uptake !
