Allowed here.

I take it that it's only side loaders allowed in N Lanarkshire?

yes hacks and euros only, cause it takes ages for anyone up here who uses a wheelchair to get a taxi because there is not many hack and euros on our system and the other taxi firm redline only have 2 or 3 but the other hacks and eurobuses don't have radios they just get flagged down or wait at the rank this is why the meeting was held to get more wheel chair accessible cars but don't know the verdict yet but would benefit wheelchair users looking for taxis

Both side and rear loaders allowed (at present) in Falkirk Council Area. I say at present as the LO has a dislike of doblos (as do many on here) and he will try to get them barred as taxis (along with all rear loaders) in his re-writing of the conditions. Time will tell if he has support of the council.

I agree I hate them with a passion, a cheap and dangerous way to get a vehicle on the road.

Not as cheap as a saloon.

I drive one! Most WAV Hacks in our manor are Fiat Doblo's. There is one other Partner and I can only think of 3 side loaders which are E7's. There are no LTI's at all.
