im a heavy smoker have been for 40 years and tried the lot to quit but failed miserably,anyway got an e cig tank system and all i can say is wow.i didnt have a fag all day yesterday and none so far,these things are amazing.

I think that you would be on very sticky ground if you think that you can sit in your cab using one of these. In the event of anyone being cctv/imaged and charged, you would have one heck of a job proving it was not the real thing.

I don't think you would imo they don't really look like real cigarettes, for one they never get any shorter

Last autumn there was a news story that received pretty significant coverage regarding a UK taxi cab driver who was fined for smoking in his vehicle. The most interesting part of the story was the fact that the man claimed to have been using an e-cig when he was spotted by a nearby police officer. Since he could not substantiate his claim by producing the device to show the officer, he was fined for tobacco use. The man eventually accepted his fate and paid the fine.
