Not what I would call fog this morning, just a slight mist, visibility about 880 yards.

So, why did the dickhead who was furiously flashing his lights at me as I was passing an artic at about 65mph on the A46 dual carriagway, in such a hurry, passing me at about 90mph, have his rear fog lights on?

Either there was no fog, so he didn't need fog lights on, or there was fog, so why the heck was he doing ninety?
