what do you guys do with your seat belt ? do you wear it just leave put it round the back of the seat and clip it in. when on hire i leave it of but when just running about i wear it us us taxi drivers are exempt anyways |

if you want to stop the warning tone, I picked up a seatbelt catch from a scrap yard that fitted and clipped it in. |

Never wear it (supposed to when not loaded, p/h) except on motorways. x-ray, you can disable the warning tones using a combination of ignition key turns and belt insertions, at least on a mondeo. Something like turn ignition on three times until you hear a bleep and insert seatbelt within 5 seconds - that's not the procedure BTW, but it's all on Google. |

Don't recommend that, but it does me. |

mines like the wife.........................always on, if only to avoid losing 50% of any compo if im hit cos i wasnt wearing it... |

You can get a seat belt buckle from E bay for less than £2. Got one for my Insignia on which you can't disable the audible warning like the Mondeo. |
