Scan the form then save it to documents then attach the file to the post by hitting the browse button below. |

it means you have a .doc file not am image file (jpg/gif/png) |

scan it again and save as jpg file, be aware there will be image size limits too |

Ho give over I am geting if you have the actual item and a scanner just scan and save as a jpg file and add to the forum if you were sent it by email as a doc file you MAY be able to open it and then save as a jpeg, otherwise print it and then scan and save as a jpg |
