Chrysler Voyager diesel, 29.1 mpg, 3902litres, £5580 inc VAT

Toyota Auris hybrid, 54.2mpg 2095litres, £2891 inc vat.

My receipts go to the VATman, not the binman!! 8)

Do you want the total fuel costs for all of the vehicles that we have or do you want an average?

In the last financial year ending 31 March 2012 we spent a total of £38,205.99 on diesel and petrol and £3213.03 on LPG. Both figures are after the vat has been removed. We have 14 vehicles of various sizes. So the average is £2958.50 per vehicle.

That's fuel cards for you.
Seriously though, some of our cars just do the school runs and others do considerably more miles.
