wont load your car trip/odometer is as good as anything with a card/table of mileages+fares. im wondering if i put a meter in a PH to work alongside hacks will the council want me to pay £35 for a meter check..... |

It's a scam. It generates a pulse so that the car thinks it is moving so it will make the trip and odometer figures rise even when stationary. The meter would still need a pulse connection, this thing just means that waiting time won't cut in. |

This set me off thinking... why not charge by the hour instead of miles? (or at least, by time) average road speeds are decreasing, town centre's are at walking pace, and speed limits mean theres a maximum you can drive at anyway |
