Taxi Driver Online

This afternoon a couple of taxis tried to stop staff from the local theatre parking on the double yellow lines behind the rank big row ensued between theatre staff and one driver result about 3 police cars and 6 police turn up with blues and twos on

So now what will be coming a blitz on over ranking taxis which as half of them won't rank up properly cutting the capacity of the rank by 2 to 3 cars means total chaos even at busy periods

Alright the theatre staff could have been a lot more courteous and less racist but everyone will suffer now

Well hopefully the police/council will be dealing with the idiots, and the council will be considering where they can position new ranks to stop this happening again.

No Mr Excuses has the standard answer to that "the council doesn't have to provide any ranks be grateful for what you have got or lose it"

when I was a HC driver in a nearby town the rank was on private property and the LO and cops had no powers over it

Oddly, at 2am, when a snackvan for clubbers and a BMW convertible full of suspect persons (Weeeeeeeed?) were on the rank no council office was open
