Obviously there's a lot more to it than that? Petitions should be accompanied by contact details, including an address, for the petition organiser. This is the person they will contact to explain how they will respond to the petition. Everyone who signs a petition must provide an address and post code so that we are able to check the validity of signatures.data protection? Most councils provide a template for petitions. |

And they even provide a filing cabinet to put the petitions in until doomsday... |
