How do i even begin to prepare for it? Im in Birmingham and there are like just 90 point A to point B (including all road name) kind of questions!

How do I start?

I suggest you write down all the roads from point A to point B (using the shortest route) for each of the 90 possibles and learn them. It may be easier to remember if you actually go out and drive the routes once you have worked them out. If you use a satnav to figure out the routes, rather than an AtoZ, make sure you have it set to shortest route and not quickest route. Good luck
