Is anyone aware of an existing list of which LAs authorise the use of bus lanes? If I was to make a FOI request to obtain such a list, which government department would I approach? We have been refused discussion of Bus Lane use because the bus company objected!!!! |

But every bus lane in Sussex is able to be used by taxis and private hire vehicles from anywhere in the country. All bar one 20 yard stretch in B&H. |

FOI: Separately for England, Wales and Scotland: a) Please advise the local authorities that permit taxis to use bus lanes. b) Please advise the local authorities that don't permit taxis to use bus lanes. Would that elicit the information? Do I need to refine it? |
