The Council are suspending us for not disclosing driving offences that occurred years ago, surely this is against something? Trying to remember what endorsements you had 20 odd years ago?

I cant remember all of mine - I tend to put as previous applications on each new application.

DBS checks are showing them up for some strange reason.

Providing you've answered "yes" to the question "do you have any criminal convictions" then what's the problem? If your driving (and memory) are that bad, at least you've been honest. :?

None of my driving convictions have ever shown up on a CRB or my recent DBS check. Are you sure it isn't on a DVLA check?
We only have to disclose ours on our first application. Our forms state that previously notified convictions need not be entered again.

It's against the Human Rights Act since the Mr T case Suggest a complaint to the Ombudsman from a driver who has lost
income because of a suspension if nobody has appealed yet.
