That's about right if you have something to fill the intervening time with. Being on a circuit, I would be getting radio work as well so can do a lot more in the interim. Taking that into account, are you cheap??? On the other hand, you may want them back next year????

As a hackney who does not work from an office, then going out full and coming back empty is the norm Or going empty and coming back full is exactly the same. Basically it is your work mileage "times" whatever your rate is. If as you say it is motorway driving, then you are looking at maybe two hours work!
