Overheard three Neanderthals walking past the rank today. "Like yeah, man, I. Never use these taxis, cos they like, charge by the mile" Just couldn't think of a witty retort. Bust is there another way of calculating a taxi fare? (Other than make it up PH stylie)!!! |

One said to me over Christmas, "you lot charge treble fare don't you?" My reply was "no it's only a tariff." It turns out I was cheaper than their private hire company who said we were charging treble fare. |

At sometime RO morphed into RoR (Rubery Owen Rockwell Ltd) manufacturer of all things HGV and based at Llay in Wrexham, not been there for 20 years though |

I am charging by the hour now, £20/hr daytime, £40/hr nights not sure about taxi jobs though....
