Those sort of opinions should be kept to yourselves then

It is an on going case and very sensitive at that. The last thing an innocent person needs is a false allegation (working on the basis of innocent until proven guilty). I feel that an opinion in an open case is best left to the police - opinions would on their own cause unjust hurt, as if they need more.

I expressed my opinion to my wife regarding this little boy - I was not far out. Would I have put it on the net where an opinion/accusation can get you sued - never in a million years

Remember Sally Bercow who claimed it was only an opinion on Twitter, well that got her sued for some big bucks!? - you can be traced, think about it.
