As a potential future private hire where do i stand on using a cab app for bookings?
Are they legal?

havent you been listening?

YOU cant take bookings without a Birmingham city council PRIVATE HIRE OPERATORS LICENCE - £1500

YOU cant take bookings without a Birmingham city council PRIVATE HIRE OPERATORS LICENCE - £1500

And as far as im aware CAB APP is only for Hackney Carriage vehicles :D :D :D

I don't think he specifically meant Cabapp I think he was just asking about a cab app :wink:

If it's your own app then perfectly legal if you have an ops license.
