getting cured of these parents who send a taxi to pick their kid up at home time.

jobs a booking so given 7 mins before
cant park anywhere near school
go to office and wait
be responsible for child walking back to car very busy
being alone in car with child even teachers cant do this.
drive kid home usually not far so small fare
lazy parent not even at door at home
no tip.

dont get why companies like ours dont grow a set and refuse these jobs,we should tell them we have to pick an adult up first then go and let that adult find their kid and bring back to the car which hasnt been left unattended by driver.

or at the very least pick up time from school office 15 mins after school closing and a £3 surcharge on top of fare

rant over

I refuse to transport a child under the age of 14 to school unless they have a parent or adult with them.

I bet yours were on benefits to?

as ive said we got the jobs before the price drop so its got nothing to do with that

im trying to figure out why as a company we do them the way we do

and am staggered parents do it

by the way its now getting to near 100% of our drivers i talk to including hacks that are positive about the price drop some even admitting they were wrong.

Really ? Im pleased your happy,if i was that way inclined i could introduce you to a few who are far from happy. There again have a look at the ranks and see how many of your taxis pull off for a job,or how many have signs in for 'drivers wanted'........Blinkered,me,.......

I don't mind taking little kids if the jobs worth it.

Thankfully I have CCTV which addresses any concerns one should have.

However many of the jobs outlined here are often wait and return to drop mum off at home, and they are usually good jobs.

If the bosses had to do them they probably would refuse.
But we all know they keep the best school jobs for themselves.
