Saw today in oxford a cab plate 985?
Normally cab numbers go from 1 to 110 in oxford
So when did oxford get deregulated?

It's a replacement cab for one that had an accident, and anyway these days everywhere is deregulated with that stupid trick that allows any "out of town hackney" to do supposed private hire work, oxford is full to them and the LO won't do anything because they're waiting for the LC to sort things out!!

I wonder if the judge who bought this law in had a vested interest
