Cyril Smith couldn't get near enough to anyone to fiddle with them. I think this is a made up story just to show how ridiculous these accusations are.

well the Jimmy Saville debacle has died a death, DLT, Ken Barlow, Kevin Webster and most of the rest have fell flat on their (case) faces, Stuart Hall HAS been done

just how do you prove a case 40 years old?
