The kids up here organise overnight booze only camping trips in fields and woods outside of their local towns..the police very seldom catch them as they never know where they are.

In my day no right thinking teenager would have got Drunk on Newcastle Brown ale until they were at least 15.. :-"

There are quite a few posts associated with the report and it seems that there was a birthday party for a 15 year old girl organised at a local church hall. between 60 and 80 people were invited and the invites all stated that no alcohol was to be brought to the party. Well over 100 people turned up and many of them were turned away by the girls parents for bringing alcohol. Unfortunately this resulted in some public order problems and the hall was damaged. The police were called and found some of the kids in the park with the alcohol in the picture. from the account of the parents who organised the party, many of the kids with alcohol had been given it by their parents and they had not bought it themselves.
