No evidence against it, but plenty against "unlicensed" taxi drivers im afraid, and even some against Kosher cabbies

So what exactly is it? A glorified car sharing service that allows you to make a bob or two or a glorified illegal taxi/ph service where the driver quotes the words of Lenny Kravitz (are you going my way) ?

What? Evidence that if you let anyone, with any car, with no CRB check or background check that someone's going to get attacked or killed very quickly?

I'd have thought that's all the evidence you need right there.

You do realise we're not discussing Uber (as unlicensed as they may try to be) as in the London Minicab app here?

just wait till the law allows all those nice PHV's from outside of London to join London minicab circuits - or indeed, until they figure out they can use out of London HC's........then the sh*t will hit the fan.
