Only the zafira is operational. The rest of the pics are from the previous operator. They have an espace and a 304. The rest of the drivers (5) from when they bought it a year and a half ago, left them within a month of taking over. They've lost 8 drivers within 1.5 years all lasting less than 1.5 months from dpjoining date.

There are cases of people being done for this. There is a recent one on here where a chap got pulled after picking up a customer in his own private car from an airport because his taxi had broken down. He was also doing it as a favour and not being paid.

If you saw your old mucker dropping a kid off at a school in a private car, surely you would report it to the council and ask them to investigate, wouldn't you?

I used to drive for this guys before they dropped me one evening with a text message. Basically for protesting about "feeding".

I'm sick of this guys just shamefuly sitting there saying unashamedly that they watch what I do. They are Spanish/Gibraltar but meh! They are full of sh!t. I told thge LA guy to never call me with that kinda crap again. If he feels like he can come investigate.

I remember driving their PHV without any insurance for me. 200 jobs over the weekend. I can't find the reason to grass them but I might just pluck the courage to report that too. I grew up differently. You don't grass people. You do your thing, that's all that matters at the end of the day.

Tired, just trying to keep my head up.

Do i read this correctly thecrab drove two hundred jobs without insurance ?

A single document fleet policy should cover all and be in the office, the test - if a compliance test - should cover the MOT....

in the ideal world of course

Trotsky, I have been quiet from the day I noticed this thing. How much did you know about the industry and the laws on your first day on the job?

Now, how about the 30th day? Compare that with what you know now? And don't tell me that crap about ignorance. You probably didn't know the first street you were sent to. Take it easy dad. If the LA stopped all the drivers on their first day, they'd take all them licenses away.

The operator knew what they were doing. I'd point my finger that way first. It's deception by misinfo or no-info, i'd think.

That was many months ago, almost a year now.

If you are gonna give someone in, you better have a clean bed. Otherwise its silly knowing that you have bones in your closet.
