Are they paid? Tamworth has a fleet LWB buses from Swadlincote CT doing "routes" (signs in windscreens) id estimate at least 8 of them

If the drivers are paid they must need a full D1 licence (at least)?

How the hell do they keep the "CT" (charity)/volunteer service label when drivers are being paid a wage?

They're all over the gaff round here, they're social services buses. After they've done their school runs they're out on the local estates picking people up and taking them into town.
