There's one on Wirral PH.

These are far too small for PH work. Has anyone else seen any working?

There's no way you'd get three men in the back of a Meriva.

Don't some councils license motor-bikes. :shock:

But you are right they are too small. I suppose as they are for PH only then the customer can request not to get the Noddy car. 8-[
