I like the Jason Vale way of doing things, it'll prepare me for when I'm older with no teeth and can't chew anything anyway

Leave the house at 17.30 hours on Frid and Sat returning at 06.00/07.00. Right the hard part! Having had you meal just before you have left for your shift...take a bottle of frozen water to sip/slake any hunger pangs during that shift ( for the hard of thinking - yes you have to let it melt a little bit). Did I say "Right the hard part"...I do it all of the time, and I do not think twice about it.......it definitely works. |

when i dont eat my body PRODUCES too much sugar and my blood sugar goes UP, the trick is eating the RIGHT foods at the right TIME, a diabetic has lost the function of bodily sugar control |
