I have had a call today from the hardware shop, Wilkinsons. They are going to install a freephone in the shop for customers to ring for a taxi. They asked if I would be interested in tendering. I politely refused. They asked me why. I told them that the store is in the middle of a pedestrian precinct and there was no vehicle access. Done their homework here. |

Don't they have a rear of the building for deliveries where customers could wait? |

We did have bollards at each way into the zone but they have stopped using them because the emergency services could not even go in to the zone during the day time because no one knew where the key would be. |
