The station master at our station was telling some of the drivers that they were looking into issuing permits for taxis to pick up at the station. I believe that this is on station property so i suppose that they can do this if they wish but with only 2 trains every hour and they both arrive at the same time, I can see everyone falling over themselves to buy a permit.
