In my new place the mobile doesn't work in the house, and outside isn't much better.

Got a phone call from BT mobile yesterday, Hello Skippy this is BT mobile, we will be sending you a free updated sim card, so you can receive 4G, as we are joining EE.
EHHHH, EE doesn't work here, and there is absolutely no 4G in the Borders, in fact 97% cannot even get 3G, no matter what network, so you can stuff that plan, I said according to all the media you were joining O2, no we are now joining EE.
Asked them to confirm what number they had called me on and what phone I had, the number was correct but they said I had a Samsung, I told them I had never had one and had been using a HTC for the last 2 years, oh but you had a replacement, yes I did, it was another crap HTC to replace the one that overheated and burnt itself out even though it wasn't connected to anything, Oh we will look into it according to our records you have a Samsung, I told them under no circumstances was I going over to EE due to the totally crap signal and they could forget it, OK we will look into why you didn't receive the Samsung that our records are showing, I said BTW while you're doing that my 2 year contract ended in August this year, no it end next August, go and check back on my records , and also read the letter sent from BT stating that I have completed my 2 years, Ok will look into that and call you back next week
