We had an earthquake of 3.8 magnitude last night. They seem to be getting more frequent around here.

No fracking here yet. We have had 3 'quakes in less than a year. Last Easter we had 2 in 2 days. the first being 3.5 mag and the second was 3.2 mag. This one was 3.8 mag and all were within a couple of miles of each other at a depth of around 8KM. A few years ago just to the north of the town we had a 4.1 mag earthquake.

Of course.
All the guff about "cheap gas" etc, is just that - guff. Any gas/oil will belong to the companies who extract it and will be sold at the market rate. No cheap fuel for any of us. Polluted water maybe and lower house values for those who live on top of this resource. The only people who will profit will be the same ones paying corrupt politicians to crap all over your rights.
