Captain Cab has blocked me from asking can a Hackney carriage work for private operator!! Looks like ill be barred from this site. |

Doblo, welcome to TDO. Can I suggest that CC lock this thread as well, then continue on the other thread with the same title that you started. It just gets awkward bouncing back and forth. |
