Nice to see they're sending people CCJ's.

I think the main things arising from the programme is the incentive scheme that goes against the trade body's guidelines, and the hospitals that are ignoring government guidelines.

But the most important thing, and a very welcomed announcement indeed, is that the Consumers Ass are siding with Mr Beavis in his High Court challenge next week.

I thought the one where the chap had a permit that allowed him to park all day at the hospital for £2.50 providing he displayed a parking ticket and then he paid by phone as requested so he didn't actually have a physical ticket so he got a penalty charge.
