Hi all, just wondering if any of the local councils are now saying a nvq or c&g is now compulsory? And do you think it will be shortly across the country?

its taking THREE attempts inc 1 wasted vehicle plate and god knows how many manhours just to get things right

That's the reason why most Councils are kicking it in the head.

One Course provider round here offered an operator £500 per person he sent on the course, he was even threatening drivers with their jobs if they didn't attend the course. The Council were notified and the courses stopped.
